Parish registers or church records are chronological lists of all baptisms, marriages and deaths in a parish. The Prague City Archives (archive hlavního města Prahy), has already digitized a part of its collection (Sbírka matrik) and provides access online.
The entry above can be found on p. 371 of the liber baptizatorum for the years 1652-1704 (sign. HV N1) of the Church of St. Gallus in Prague. Please send the name, biographical data and the later occupation of the famous baptized person to buero@archivauskunft.de until January, 1rd 2012, 24.00 CET.
